it is my great pleasure and honour to invite you to the third international congress organized by the Wound Care Association – Croatian initiative, which will be held 4-5 October 2024 in beautiful Zagreb, at a renowned Hotel International.

After the great success of the first two congresses and based on the great interest you have shown, we have decided to extend the duration of the event to two days to allow you more time to share your achievements and experiences. In addition to a rich program of lectures, we now offer you a large number of inspiring workshops, with a special emphasis on the involvement of international experts.

The theme of this year's congress, “How can we do better?”, was chosen with the aim of stimulating discussion on various aspects of providing quality health care for patients with chronic wounds. You will find fascinating topics covering a wide range of fields, from diabetic foot to the application of modern technologies in wound treatment.

All the selected topics require an integrated approach and cooperation of different experts, and we hope that this congress will further emphasize the importance of partnership relations in work and their key role in improving health care.
